Pulparindo Popsicles

  • 1kg (2.2 lb) of cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/3 cup of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 Pulparindo Push tubes
  • 2 crushed Pulparindos


  1. Dice 1/2 cup of unpeeled cucumbers. Set aside.
  2. Peel the rest of the cucumbers and blend. Reserve 1 cup and strain the remainder to leave only the pulp.
  3. Blend everything, except the contents of the Pulparindo Push tubes.
  4. Using a knife, scoop out the contents of the Pulparindo Push tubes and add them to the mix.
  5. Pour mix into popsicle molds, leaving an empty space at the top.
  6. Freeze for 4 hours. Enjoy.
