Pulparindo Popsicles

1kg (2.2 lb) of cucumbers

1 tablespoon of sugar

1/3 cup of lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon of salt

2 Pulparindo Push tubes

2 crushed Pulparindos
Ingredients
- Dice 1/2 cup of unpeeled cucumbers. Set aside.
- Peel the rest of the cucumbers and blend. Reserve 1 cup and strain the remainder to leave only the pulp.
- Blend everything, except the contents of the Pulparindo Push tubes.
- Using a knife, scoop out the contents of the Pulparindo Push tubes and add them to the mix.
- Pour mix into popsicle molds, leaving an empty space at the top.
- Freeze for 4 hours. Enjoy.
